Tripoleena is available for adoption in Northern Virginia, USA, through HART .
Tripoleena was found in a hole under a fence by a dog who was walking with his human. Tripoleena had an old compound fracture of her hind leg. The good citizen who found her asked for help from the rescue community and HART took her. The fracture was open and old and her leg could not be saved. These photos were taken by her foster dad after she had healed from the surgery to remove her leg. She is doing really great, thanks to her surgeon, foster dad, and rescuer.
